I anticipated this outcome far ahead, just like many others did. The pride-driven console community pushed mod authors to convert their projects for consoles, ignoring technical challenges and the creators' intentions. Even some console players who openly take mods without consent would upload them to earn tips by claiming ownership of others' work. Source: https://www.reddit.com/r/FalloutMods/com...ur_mod_is/
This situation clearly discourages developers from producing new material, so it makes sense to express disapproval toward console players who engage in such behavior.
They do it for reasons beyond just disliking console or PC gaming. The frustration has become too much.

and that's perfectly fine, you like what you like, you have your reason as do others, no read to hate something just because you think/know what you have is better. thats like hating on a mentally challenged person becase you can write a paper in 10 min and it took him one hour. i dont get all this pc vs console drama, i think the memes that come out of it are funny but thats about it.
The main problem with consoles is exclusive titles that limit options for others. This restricts the overall quality and variety of games being developed. Many console games I've tried take longer than 48 hours to finish, which is frustrating.
