Hi, issue: Sabertooth 990FX motherboard FX 8350 @ 4.3GHz R290X 1050MHz GPU 1350 Memory (stock) 16 GB Corsair memory@ 1866 MHz. Game runs smoothly for a short time, then frame rate drops intermittently. Unknown cause. Windows 8.1 and AMD driver 14.12 work fine at default. FPS fluctuates every couple of seconds, which is bothersome.

Yes, I have V-Sync enabled. Please turn it off if needed.

It runs with significant inefficiency
The performance is quite suboptimal
There are many areas needing improvement

Attempted to turn off V-sync and got the same outcome. Identical approach.

It’s better to choose GTA 5 over GTA 4 because the latter feels outdated and disappointing.

You even checked the original message? Here’s a revised version:
Hi, I noticed something about Sabertooth 990FX motherboard FX 8350 running at 4.3GHz R290X with 1050MHz GPU and 1350 memory (stock). It has 16 GB Corsair memory at 1866 MHz. The game plays fine for a short time, but then frame rate drops intermittently. I’m unsure what’s causing the issue. Windows 8.1 and the AMD driver 14.12 work well with GTA 5 at default settings. It gets frustrating when FPS fluctuates every two seconds.

It seems there was a mix-up in the topic. The original discussion was about GTA 4, not GTA 5. There’s a lot of irony here—talking about GTA 4 while mentioning GTA 5. *facepalm* I told him to try GTA V instead.

Really? You think he’s suggesting something else? He already owns GTA 5. The focus shifts to GTA 4 frame issues. The last line emphasizes GTA 5’s smooth performance.

It doesn't matter what the reason is—opting for GTA V is superior and more efficient.
