Well, I'm starting at the basics. Acer Aspire V5 573p with Intel Core i5 4200u, 8GB RAM, 1600MHz DDR3L, G.Skill Ripjaws OS, running Windows 8.1, undervolted and overclocked. GPU runs at 1250MHz, resolution 1280x720, FXAA off, no MSAA, no NVIDIA TXAA, VSync on, low population density, lowest distance scaling, normal shader quality, low shadow quality, low reflection quality, low reflection MSAA, ultra grass texture, soft shadows enabled after effects, no ambient occlusion, and about 20 FPS on average.

Yeah... it's manageable. It runs well... I’d love to crank it a bit more, but... For a $400 machine with a 1080p IPS display and a touchscreen, it seems fine. x3
