I tried using throttlestop to lower the CPU power usage of the MSI GF65 I7-10750 to 25 watts, and it worked well. Now I want full performance, but the maximum CPU TDP stays at 25 watts even after uninstalling TS. After re-downloading, I increased the TDP to 55 watts, but there was no improvement—it still stayed at 25 watts. Can you help me resolve this?

Do you have any MSI control center software running? It may restrict the CPU to 25W. Remove the program and restart your system. Capture screenshots of ThrottleStop, showing both TPL and FIVR interfaces, when you encounter this power throttling issue.
