The app shows 4.0GHz at 1.381V, but when you check Task Manager it's around 3.7-3.9GHz with 3.85 as base clock. If you open your BIOS, it should match those numbers too. HWInfo displays all the details you need, while CPU-Z and GPU-Z provide deeper info but hide it in tabs. This software mainly checks system specs and is reliable. I own both; for quick checks I use HWMonitor, and for precise data I rely on HWInfo.
