Based on your fan profile, it boosts when usage spikes rather than temperature. A quicker fan keeps the CPU cooler, and occasionally it stays idle even when temperatures or load are low.

It's not exactly this, but I believe I've discovered the solution. When the CPU hits 0%, temperatures remain normal around 33°C. However, with even a minor workload, it boosts the voltage to approximately 1.48V, whereas under full core load the voltage drops below idle levels, reaching about 1.1V.

This behavior is typical. When idle or with just one or two cores active, voltage rises to about 1.5V, causing brief spikes only in those cores. Under full load, all cores operate near 1.3V, which keeps them cooler despite higher overall power consumption across a larger area.
