Is 1.4V at idle typical for your system, or would adjusting the voltage in BIOS be necessary? This setting seems to be set during stock configuration.

It's typical for the voltage to fall to around 1.3V during testing, and focus on CPU core voltage SVI2 instead of watching the video.

Normal voltage function works well at high and low currents, though performance decreases with increased loads. This design has existed since the initial generation.

Execute a performance check using IntelBurnttest (it functions on AMD) or Prime95. You'll notice the results drop immediately.
