Are you using standard power supplies and timing signals? What are the performance levels during maximum use? I don’t have background with Intel, but on Zen 2 and 3 temperatures can rise significantly briefly, often shown in short intervals. Could a similar situation be occurring here?

Stock voltage and clocks are working. I haven’t pushed full capacity, but I doubt I could even reach it without shutting down. Opening programs like Task Manager causes brief spikes to 60-70°C, while games such as Fortnite keep me around 70-80°C with occasional surges.

Did you take off the plastic wrap from the bottom of the cooler? I just realized there isn’t any sticker left there. Have you used thermal paste? Could you share a photo of how it looks once applied?

I didn't find any plastic wrap. There was a protective plastic cover on top that I removed.

The thermal paste appears to be properly applied. It seems there might be an issue elsewhere, possibly with the S-TIM. Consider sharing a screenshot from HWInfo or your PC for further review.
