AIDA 64 for CPU or Intel Extreme Tuning is available at no cost if you're using an Intel system; for AMD, Prime 95 offers a solid free alternative. For GPU, Unigine Heaven works well. Valley also functions. I don't suggest Furmark or MSI Kombustor since they can cause overheating. Avoid Prime 95 on Intel as it risks overvoltage.
