Varies with timing, but a 3200Mhz CL 16 is recommended, or a 3000Mhz CL 16 for B460. Choose the most affordable option, since branding usually doesn't impact performance much.

Generally these days new ram under 3000 is the worst trash. The 3000 kit is probably better and cheaper. Since the 3000MTs ram is cheaper there is 0 reason you can't use it, it'll just run at the max speed your CPU/MB allow. Depending on the timings though the 3000 kit could be worse. What are the timings of both? I agree. Get 3200CL16 if its the same price. If not you should be able to find 3000CL16 for as cheap as anything else.
