I installed the 4 x 8GB RAM sticks at 2133MHz and kept the BIOS unchanged. The temperatures stayed below 46°C, which is perfect. It’s fine to stick with stock speeds—it won’t affect performance. Just make sure your Ryzen 5 5600X and ASUS B550-F gaming board are compatible with that configuration.

Typically motherboards reset memory settings when RAM is swapped. Using CPU-Z should reveal the current speed—around 1067MHz (2133MT/s). It's challenging to find boards that don’t support DDR4 at 3200, but it’s unlikely a model can’t reach that speed.

Used cpuz and amd ryzen master to verify it's actually running at 1599mhz, which means it remains clocked at 3200 speed.

I verify, I have a set of two 8GB DDR4 2133 kits operating at 3800MHz. Review the timing specs, if they fit, proceed and monitor for any unexpected crashes.

It was really interesting, more than anything else. It works flawlessly—no need to interfere. Thanks!
