High RAM speed leading to minor stuttering issues
No way we can tell you if you don't list system specs of the machine - Remember we're not there to see what you/they are dealing with. CPU, board and RAM info would be most helpful to make that determination. I can tell you already if you're using Corsair Vengeance RAM with a Ryzen system that could be the problem - Corsair RAM and Ryzen tend to not like each other.
Full specifications include CPU, RAM, motherboard (chipset matters), GPU, boot/game drives, and power supply.
The slow RAM speed might be the cause. Infinity Fabric communication lanes between CPU modules and CCX units operate at the same speed as memory frequency. For a RAM speed of 1333 MHz (DDR4-2666), the IF runs at 1333 MHz. If your RAM is 1800 MHz (DDR4-3600), the IF runs at 1800 MHz. Request additional system details such as specifications, Ryzen model, cooler type, motherboard brand and model, RAM setup (e.g., 2x8GB DDR4-2666), graphics card, and power supply.
On A320 you're in luck with 2666, I'm using a 2600x with decent memory controller but not perfect. If the board can handle quicker RAM speeds, I have the adjustments to make it stable for you.
