I experienced performance similar to what you describe, but only a few highly graphical titles are available without a rating restriction. I think it's your mom, but there aren't many games that really push graphics that much anymore. M is already overused and most titles aren't great. The only thing I'd call bad would be parts of GTA V. You might enjoy Metro Last Light—it could be M—but you should ask the person who made it to confirm.
She enjoys watching you play Metro and stays calm most of the time. Just make sure someone who lets you play those games is available.
