I purchased an MSI MAG Coreliquid 240r day a ago. I boosted my Ryzen 5 3600 to 4475MHz at 1.375v, and it runs smoothly on an Asrock Steel Legend B450. During idle, my CPU stays around 41°C and occasionally spikes to 51°C every few seconds. In games it reaches 53°C to 61°C, and during stress tests the temps stay stable at about 72°C with peaks up to 75°C—never exceeding it. This is unusual for liquid cooling, as I’m new to it, or could it be related to the AMD 3rd generation precision boost? Only changing frequency and voltage via BIOS seems to be the issue. What’s going on?

These readings are acceptable; both idle and load temperatures are within range, and regardless of the situation, idle temperatures aren't an issue while load temps are.

Thank you, I was concerned I had made a mistake.

My 3600 runs fully stock under a D15S, it seems that’s just the way it is. It would be cool to understand why the idle power usage, though it looks high (30-35W), stays steady and doesn’t jump at the same consistent times.
