You recently acquired two Noctua 140mm redux fans and they're operating at full speed. Previously, you had voltage-controlled fans managed by Argus, but even when you set all fans to 0% in Argus, the PWM controllers continued to run. You're using a Gigabyte X470 Aorus Ultra Gaming motherboard. It might be a BIOS-related issue, though I'm new to PWM settings.

Review the BIOS settings to examine the fan curve. Ensure the fans operate in PWM mode rather than DC.
