Seeking parts that work well together for a Windows 7/8.1 setup, delivering smooth 60 FPS in most games from 2014 onward with high graphics. Look for compatible components, solid performance, and drivers that support both Windows 7/8.1 and XP.

For XP compatibility, Intel Ivy Bridge is the recommended path, likely featuring a Core i7-3770K. With Windows 7, as long as your motherboard supports legacy CSM settings in the BIOS, you can generally run it on newer hardware. The main challenge lies in driver compatibility, so contacting the motherboard manufacturer is advisable.

I'm seeking complete driver support for Windows 7. XP functionality isn't crucial, though it would be helpful. If the system could run XP, I'd consider using it as a backup operating system.
