My computer is relatively outdated, and I’m wondering if there are any games available that feature impressive visuals but are well-suited for lower specifications. It’s frustrating that many newer titles aren't thoroughly optimized to run smoothly on less powerful machines. For instance, *Assassin’s Creed* titles from the early series – 1 through 4: Black Flag, Liberation, and Freedom Cry – perform poorly on my system, often providing only a few frames per second. However, *Assassin’s Creed Rogue* runs acceptably at the lowest settings. This suggests optimization plays a significant role, despite developers seemingly neglecting to cater to older hardware.

Could you recommend games similar to *Assassin’s Creed Rogue* that offer good graphics and are designed for low-end PCs? I would greatly appreciate your assistance.

(Please excuse my imperfect English.)

My system details:
Windows 7 Ultimate
Processor: AMD E-350D APU with Radeon HD Graphics 1.60 GHz
RAM: Samsung DDR 4 GB (3.61 usable)
Graphics card: AMD Radeon HD 6310

Regarding the Prince of Persia series, it’s widely considered a precursor to Assassin's Creed. These games are older titles and likely to operate smoothly on modern computers.
