Hello, I’m seeking opinions regarding specifications and was hoping to explore existing forum discussions before formulating my own questions.

I’ve examined several used systems within a comparable price range and possess a fundamental understanding of personal computers. My primary needs involve streaming console gameplay and performing basic video editing for YouTube. It's been suggested that streaming alone can be accommodated by a relatively affordable setup.

Here are the systems I’ve considered:

1. VS450 Corsair Power Supply (80 White), Gigabyte Aorus RX580 8GB, 6GB RAM, Seagate Barracuda 500GB HDD, Gigabyte B85m Motherboard, Intel Core i5-4460, running Windows 7 Professional. I would acquire a new case.
2. MOBO: Gigabyte GA-890GPA-UD3H, CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 3.4GHZ, RAM: GSkill Trident 8GB, GPU: MSI Nvidia GTX 460 HAWK 1GB, HD: WD 1TB, SSD: Intel 120GB, PSU: Corsair 620W, DRIVE: LG DVD Burner, CASE: NZXT Phantom Tower w/ Fan Control, COOLING: XSPC Watercooling System, FANS: 5x Silent GELID. (I have limited knowledge of AMD processors.)
3. i5-6500 3.2GHz turbo to 3.6GHz, 8GB Team Elite DDR4 2400Mhz, Asus Strix GTX 970 4GB, AsRock B250M Pro4, Samsung 960 EVO 250GB NVMe, Cooler Master Hyper 212, Corsair VS450, NZXT case with side window, 2x Corsair 140mm fans (intake) 1x SilverStone 140mm fan (exhaust) 1x Corsair 120mm fan (exhaust).
4. CPU: I7-2600S 3.8GHZ, Graphics Card: GTX 960 2GB, Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H77M-D3H, RAM: 2 x 4GB G.Skill Sniper, Storage: WD 120GB SSD and a 1TB WD HDD, Case: Thermaltake Case (would replace the case).
5. CPU: i7 3770k, CPU Cooler: Corsair h80i, MOBO: ASUS TUF Z77, RAM: 16GB G.SKILL RIPJAW X, GRAPHICS: Radeon HD6950, BOOT DRIVE: 128gb SSD, POWER SUPPLY: Corsair HX650, CASE: some Thermaltake Aero series thing (would replace the case).

I’m interested in your feedback. Would these configurations adequately meet my requirements? Or should I consider systems with a higher price point? The systems that require a new case appear to be in poor condition or aesthetically unappealing. It would be advisable to purchase a new case and have a technician handle the component transfer. Budget is not a constraint; I simply want to avoid investing in an over-specified system that wouldn’t be fully utilized. My use cases are primarily streaming and light video editing, without any intention of playing games.

Steam PC:
Financial plan and location? What is the price of this setup?
A budget between $400 and $700 is acceptable; I simply don’t desire a computer that’s excessively powerful for my intended use.
The country in question is Australia.
I discovered a relatively inexpensive PC on this website with these specifications:
Power Supply: 550W Power Supply
Motherboard: H310 Motherboard
Cooling System: Standard Intel Cooler
Processor: Intel Core i3 8100 Quad-Core Processor (up to 3.6GHz)
Graphics: Intel® HD Graphics 630
Memory: 8GB DDR4 RAM (1 x 8GB)
Storage Drive: 120GB SSD
I intend to stream from my gaming console using this PC.
According to minimum streaming specifications I’ve reviewed, this configuration should be adequate. My goal is to achieve 720p at 60 frames per second.
I lack extensive knowledge of computer hardware.
See: http://www.logicalincrements.com/articles/streaming
As noted on the “affordable dedicated stream PC” page, I should be okay.

Thank you very much for creating that list. Would the Ryzen 2200G be suitable for a system build?
