I wasn't aware you were doing those 10 minute runs; they'll be a bit lower than what I'm talking about. I usually only run them during case thermal tests, and for actual scores a single pass works fine. I also often set realtime priority, which can boost your score by around 100 to 1000 points depending on your OS installation size—keep that in mind.

I performed ten-minute intervals to observe temperature variations across different conditions. The -0.1v adjustment achieved the best results, maintaining the fastest pace.

There could be an AGESA variant that still functions. The versions I've tried—.1V—significantly reduced performance for some tasks.

I just verified the version I’m using: Bios version 1.B0 08/10/2022, Agesa version CombiSM4v2PI 1.2.0.7. On the MSI website, there’s a BIOS released on 3/14/23 that updates the AGESA to 1.2.0.8 for my board. Do you think that’s the one you’re referring to?
