High PCH temperatures
I don’t need to be overly concerned about PCH temperatures unless they surpass 100°C. Usually the cooler conditions and TIM’s thermal resistance keep things stable. In any case, it won’t lead to throttling or performance problems, and should remain functional throughout the device’s lifespan.
