Hello, I'm new here. I have an RTX 4070 but in RDR2 and GTA 4 the FPS is always low—50 to 60. I play at 1440p on my PC:
Operating System: Windows 11 Pro 64 bit
Motherboard: B550M DS3H
Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 5600
RAM: 16GB
Storage: 1 TB M.2 SSD
Graphics Card: GeForce RTX 4070
Keyboard: XPG Summoner
Mouse: Razer DeathAdder V2
Monitor: AOC Q24G2A/BK G SYNC 2K 165hz
What's the issue?
