Recently I reset my Windows 10 system after setting up drivers and downloading League of Legends. My ping stayed at 59ms instead of the usual ~44ms. I've tried several fixes—switching DNS, port forwarding, updating drivers, clearing background processes, using a repair tool, optimizing with a TCP utility, and other minor adjustments. My current speeds are 120mbps upload and 5.8mbps download. What could possibly bring things back to normal?

Ping shows how long it takes for data to travel from your device to the server. Although it seems like a problem you could solve, it might actually send your traffic through another proxy in a different location.
