anything below 95c stays within the intended operating ranges, though 70-80c tends to be more common based on case airflow and card voltage differences
I plan to install an additional fan to increase cool air circulation. Also, apply compressed air to prevent dust from accumulating on the heat sink and obstructing airflow. Ensure the fan is active. You might also verify via CCC what percentage of the fan is operating at those temperatures. The fan should increase. When I used an ATI card, it never reached 100% and the GPU would hit 90C during gaming. I used that card for over two years

After checking online, your temperatures aren't too concerning. The idle speed is a bit elevated, but I wouldn't be too concerned. The elevated temperature is acceptable.

Are you certain? Your GPU temperature is about 90 degrees Celsius during use and drops to 75 when idle. It seems your temperatures are elevated.

75 idle is too high. Personally, when my GPU hits 75 during games I tend to lower it, but I'm very careful with my setup.
