I recently changed the power supply, but it doesn’t turn on and emits a loud noise. I’m unsure if I made any mistakes.

Can you capture the audio? It might just be typical coil whine—power supply units can produce this too. My RM750i does have some. Coil whine isn’t harmful or risky.

The video file is playing without sound, and the power button illumination appears faint, yet the device remains inactive.
