Hello everyone, I've been observing some unusual behavior with my AOC Monitor (Q27G2S, 1440p, 165Hz, 27"). It occasionally displays brief black flashes across the entire screen. This occurs when I open a video in the browser—like YouTube or Reddit—or when I switch to full-screen mode and move between monitors. The flashes specifically happen around 144Hz and only when the overlay appears or disappears. On 60Hz, 120Hz, or 165Hz, the issue is limited to minor nudges during window movement while the overlay is active. It doesn't affect gaming or other activities I've tried.

I've tested various solutions without success: toggling G-Sync, adjusting DCR settings, unplugging the second monitor, switching browsers, and changing drivers. Even updating to Firefox 109 didn't resolve it. The problem seems linked to a small black gradient that appears or fades when the video overlay is active, especially when the window is positioned near the taskbar.

My system specs are: 32GB RAM (2x16GB), DDR4 3200MHz, Radeon 6800 GPU, and a Ryzen 5600X CPU. The driver in use is version 22.20.29.10 from 12/08/2022. I'm hoping someone can help me figure this out. Thanks for your support!

Have you fixed the problem before? I own the same monitor, but mine is 1440p at 170Hz and uses an RX 7900 XT. When I first installed it, there was no flickering.
