Check if the AIO is connected to the motherboard's Pump header. This might explain the elevated temperatures.

Linked to CPU_FAN is acceptable. You're not missing the pump header—just the CPU_OPT location below it.

The fan header looks good. I can suggest cleaning the dust filter on the intake, but otherwise I think replacing the AIO would be best. Could you tell me the model number so I can check its age?

The AIO was released in mid-2021, and I'm unfamiliar with the brand yet. I'm unsure about its reliability or performance for gaming tasks. Consider trying another cooler if you want better optimization. Good luck!
