Hello everyone, I have a major issue that I haven’t faced before. About three months ago I got this new PC and everything was running smoothly—no lag, GPU or CPU strain, even minimal usage. Recently, over the past two weeks, I’ve started experiencing lags, spikes, and dropped frames. At first, I thought it was just the TF2 game because it was running at 150–300 FPS with only 30% GPU and 20–50% CPU usage. Now it’s dropping from 300 to 70 FPS and sometimes the CPU usage goes over 100%. I also noticed the graphics flickering, especially during intense fights.

I tried opening PUBG to check if the problem was there, but it was the same issue—graphics flickering and instability when CPU usage exceeds 100%. The worst part is that I wanted to enable XMP on my RAM, but I can’t access the BIOS. It’s showing a total black screen with no blue or any sign of life.

I even attempted a forced BIOS entry via CMD, but it didn’t work and still leaves me with a black screen. Anyone have any ideas how to fix this?

Your request didn't come through clearly. It seems you're asking for a rephrasing of your message while keeping the same length and structure. I've adjusted it accordingly.
