Hello. Here are your system details: CPU model, motherboard, RAM configuration, operating system, and recent observations. Monitoring shows the CPU voltage spikes excessively when apps run or require high performance. This could indicate overheating or instability. The latest microcode update hasn't resolved the issue. Consider checking cooling solutions and ensuring proper airflow.

The maximum voltage your CPU shows is 1.72V, and as long as it doesn't consistently drop to 1.5V for an extended period, you should be okay.

Adjusted the main voltage manually in BIOS to 1.35V, aiming for stability and preferring a lower setting if possible.

Thank you for your response. Could you let me know the source of this information? Also, please note that the voltage typically doesn't last more than a second.

You should remain using the default Intel configurations once microcode updates are applied.

Reducing voltage through a stability test would mainly decrease temperatures, and if the system remains stable there could be no further problems. However, it depends on the situation—if everything stays under control, you likely don’t need to act.
