It seems you were trying to highlight a recurring issue with CPU performance across different systems. I understand your perspective on evaluating product quality and questioning claims about software efficiency. Let me know if you'd like to discuss this further or explore related topics.

This problem is likely to return in the future. For now, I’m satisfied with the solution and value the understanding of SSD speed.

It seems this could be related to Windows sleep mode, which is often reported as problematic. These Kingston drives tend to cause problems regardless of the situation, particularly when using the OS drive. I experienced many slowdowns over time—initially it wasn’t that bad, but after about six months it became noticeably sluggish. I followed the recommended power cycle twice, which helped improve performance for gaming. However, using the OS drive still led to significant issues, offering no real improvement. It’s worth noting this was a cheaper option compared to other drives, though there’s a risk it might recur. Hopefully, your problems won’t return soon!

I think the high CPU usage was caused by a program named SoundSwitch. It reappeared after reinstalling Windows, which is why I should have uninstalled it first. I enjoyed its convenience and didn’t want to remove it. The problem seems fixed now, thank you!

I noticed a suggestion about specialized sound card programs. You mentioned not having Gigabyte's version, but you're wondering if another manufacturer offers comparable solutions.
