I've got a GTX 1060 with 3GB i3 8300 and 16GB RAM running DDR4. I just downloaded Forza Horizon 4 and installed it on my HDD. Even though benchmarks suggest I could run it on ultra settings, my performance drops a lot once I start playing. After a short while, the FPS returns to normal if I switch tabs or let it fix itself. On my second monitor, I opened Task Manager and saw my CPU usage hovering in the 70s to 90s while the GPU stays almost idle. When FPS dips, my CPU usage drops to around 30-40%. Shouldn't the game be utilizing my GPU more? Anyone have a idea? Thanks.
