I’ll keep it brief. I’m using a GPU-only custom loop on my 3080 Ti. My CPU handles its own AI, but the GPU is struggling. I have a single 360mm slim rad and hit 83°C on the GPU while cooling drops past 50°C after gaming for hours. I assumed a 360mm rad would suffice, but the temps are way off. Any advice would be great. Extra info: Corsair D5 pump combo, Corsair GPU water block, Acer Liquid Cooling tubing, nine fans total, GPU fan curve set to 3080 Ti case.

Target 45C as the highest liquid temperature for your setup. As mentioned earlier, this is when things begin to develop... A slim 360 could be a bit low, so check your airflow too. Using canned smoke or similar at full RPM during gaming? When it hits 50C, any temperature shift impacts the rig, room conditions, and airflow.
