Hi, I'm trying to push my 9700k to 5GHz overclock and keep booting into Windows, but I keep seeing a blue screen. I've disabled multicore enhancements, set VCore to 1.3v, turned off power limits, and changed the BIOS to XMP. It still won't boot. I've also tested 4.9 and 4.8GHz with the same settings, but it doesn't work. This is my first attempt at overclocking with Intel.

Adjust the multiplier to a value around 45 or similar.

When temperatures stay low enough, you can increase the voltage.

your silicon might not be sufficient. the 1.3 frequency is quite low for this processor; it should reach 5GHz easily. try 1.35 and 50 cores instead.
