If the GPU is already at 98% usage, the CPU probably isn't the issue. Boosting RAM speed would only add a few percentage points to benchmarks like Cinebench—look normal with hwinfo. If the GPU is consuming over 300W, something else is likely causing the problem. It seems the GPU should maintain around 170-180 FPS unless you're using an ultra-wide display.

This setup won't boost performance much further. The RTX 3080 is already strong, and higher settings won't give you more FPS. It's not significantly better than other models in this range.

Most 3080 models will work well together, differing mainly by a few percentages. It seems you're likely using the highest possible configurations. A 3080 can easily reach over 180 fps in 1440p Warzone with standard settings.

Settings are at their lowest, textures appear smooth, no tiling or AA effects. I’m wondering if using 1440p resolution actually slows things down more compared to native settings.

If you upgraded to models like 3200CL16/17 to 3200CL14/15 or 4000CL16 with further tweaks, you should see noticeable gains for games requiring high IPC and low latency when the CPU is under heavy load (over 50%). Changing the same RAM type could yield similar results.
