Hello! Your upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10 worked fine, but gaming on the new system sometimes causes delays of 40 to 50 minutes and occasional freezing with a buzzing sound. The specs you mentioned include a GTX 650, 8GB DDR3 RAM, a 600W power supply, and a TOSHIBA hard drive. Your PC runs Windows 10 PRO 64-bit with an i5-3470 at 3.20 GHz.

Ensure Windows Update is functioning properly. After completion, everything should operate normally. Verify the currently installed Windows 10 version. Execute the "winver" command in the RUN dialog to confirm the installed version.

Ensure your antivirus is active and verify it's running properly. Disable Windows Defender if another program is installed, as only one can be active at once.
