Hi there, I've recently installed a new PC but still face problems closing games.
I believe the issue is related to a GPU problem, since the new CPU I purchased has an APU and I’m unable to disable it. Whenever I uninstall the APU drivers, they reinstall automatically. Every time I try to use DDU, the problem continues. I’d appreciate any suggestions if someone has encountered similar issues.
My PC specifications are:
Ryzen 7 7800X3D
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060ti
32GB DDR5 RAM
M.2 Samsung 970 EVO Plus 2TB
SSD Samsung 850 EVO 2TB
PSU Corsair RM750 Gold certified
Motherboard MAG B650 TOMAHAWK WIFI
Did you reset the CMOS after the update? This step is important to confirm the BIOS has loaded properly.
I don't think so, let me check how to do that quickly. Do you need to update the bios again after this?
No, you remove the CMOS after the update. Clearing it now should be enough. Remember that if you make further updates or revert changes, you'll need to clear the CMOS again.
Since it remains active, you may manage this through the device manager.
