Hi there! I just received a B650 d3hp motherboard and need assistance with Q-Flash.
Just to be sure, you're turning off the switch? It seems really wrong and causes me some anxiety.
I’m planning to install a Ryzen 5 9600X and forgot to get a cooler. I ordered one today, expecting it tomorrow. I assumed an Intel stock cooler would work, but I’m a bit surprised.
That's a great CPU I'll be using the next day as well; stay tuned for updates. Just to note, Intel CPU brackets won't fit on AMD AM5 boards.
Everything is ready, but I’d prefer to install Windows first. I want to boot from the motherboard on my desk. I checked the manual and found the two power pins. I need to connect them to turn it on. My concern is whether a magnetic screwdriver is safe or if I should use something else. I’m worried about damaging the board because it’s magnetic.
Sorry for the delayed response. You can use a mangetic screwdriver to short the pins, no issue
The cooler operates very quietly and doesn’t show any output. The Ryzen 5 9600X has built-in graphics, but nothing appears on the screen. The mouse and keyboard also fail to light up. What might be causing this?
Give it a little bit as DDR5 memory training can be very slow in the beginning. Wait up to 10 minutes. If you want you can add me on Discord - Hinjima If you have it on your phone or something. We can communicate faster, I am doing nothing right now. If you want of course.
