From the USA and similar places, graphics cards can be tough to get at fair prices. You might find used or new items on eBay, but expect to pay much higher rates—sometimes even double or more.

I purchased parts from want.jp earlier, and it appears to be trustworthy. You might consider opting for a B450 motherboard to cut costs...
