It seems like the RAM or GPU might be the issue. Have you attempted to re-seat them?

I believe the issue might be related to the CPU fan if the screen behaves that way. Beyond that, we require additional details to determine the cause.

when i acquired another computer for my son, i swapped the ram but there were no changes. i put my graphics card in and it works perfectly.
