I don’t understand any of the labels on your photo except “Intel Desktop Board.” There should be a model number somewhere—likely on the white bar code stickers or directly printed on the board. Checking it online should lead you to an Intel download page near the top. They still provide BIOS updates and drivers for their motherboards from the 2000s. You’ll also need a CMOS battery, probably a standard CR2032, which is easy to find anywhere.

the main board features intel dh87rl while the other one is intel dp67bg. both require 2 bios files.

It seems the files were removed from the 90s boards. The downloads listed here are from Intel's archive if you're unsure about third-party copies: the first link points to an older board page, the second to a BIOS update page.
