I switched to a newer GPU and immediately faced booting issues. I initially used the MOBO 24-pin power cable, but now it seems different. The MOBO backplate is drawing power when pressed against the motherboard. I've also been encountering overcurrent errors frequently. I'm running out of solutions and would really appreciate any advice from someone experienced. Thanks in advance!
Check if the cables fit your PSU as extensions or connect straight to it. Try removing the front USB header from the motherboard and see if it improves the connection.
