Hey there! I'm here to help. What do you need?
You're just starting out with building your first PC and it's not working as expected. At first, everything seemed fine—CPU, RAM, SSD, GPU, and even your motherboard worked when you booted it manually with a screwdriver. But once you put it in the case, it stopped functioning properly. The PC started up on its own, but the case didn't power on at all, with no lights and no fans running.
You mentioned you have an Lian Li Lancool 216 with a single 9-pin PCIe fan header, which is actually a 9-pin connector for an Aorus X570 Elite Ax. You're wondering if the issue might be related to the power supply or a faulty cable. It could also be that something in the case isn't properly seated or connected. Let me know if you need help checking the connections or testing the power supply!
They said it’s okay if it has more than expected. Did you check the motherboard manual and the case manual/guide before trying to connect it? It still doesn’t work. Even though there are leftover pins on the motherboard header, it’s still fine—just follow the instructions as shown.
Yeah i did it like it says in the Guide but you see in the picture that the case doesnt Turn on
