ok this is definitley a choo choo fan question, what trainz game should i use, new era? 2012? 2019, ik this makes me a 4 year old but, i just am facsinated with how choo choo work, (thomas definitley didnt do that) i eitehr want to start filmaking like victor tanzig, or just use 50 BR models and go 100mph in a train, whatever the reason which one should i use, and how to get the many models victor tanzig does

Sure, though COVID is a factor, I really enjoy pulling massive freight cars and steam engines have some great features. Let's think about which game would be best for you.

Based on my experience, the 2009 version was the best. You don't need to ask why—I don’t know. I just had more fun with it. Also, check out train simulator as well.

I agree with that too. Trainz seems more affordable and offers additional features that other train sim games lack. It doesn’t release new games yearly, which is frustrating since I’m stuck using 50 games of train sim. Another point is Trainz 2 has a larger model and community support based on my experience, plus it’s simpler to integrate AI. I’d go all-in on Trainz 3 for filming since it lets you create more creative content.
