The phrase "It doesn't work" isn't helpful—we need to understand what the system is doing during the failure. If the fans aren't spinning, it usually relates to GPU temperature; if they're not heating much, the fans likely won't spin. You can check temperatures with tools like HWMonitor.
There's a very good chance they're having one of the odd Alder Lake crashes. Next suggestion I was going to have for @MICHAVIER14 and @Kondor97 is to read through this thread. Feels oddly similar. I'd probably start with disabling XMP. Especially if it's 4x16gb sticks of ram. Then I'd try a BIOS update. Then I'd try XTU to non invasively lower core clocks. If that doesn't work, then Process Lasso. It's almost sad how many games I have to use ProcessLasso on with a 13900k. Games will crash with all sorts of weird errors. I've had insufficient VRAM(with a 4090) be solved with getting the games off of E cores. I've had crash to desktop like the videos show being solved with PL. I've had errors that look like not enough dedicated RAM, or just show up with RAM errors be solved with PL. I've been very very tempted to just sell my motherboard and 13900k and switch to AMD in all honesty.
