Hello, I really enjoy Champ Riven and find the Underground Riven custom quite appealing. My question is whether custom skins are removable.

Lots of silly replies. It's been a while since I applied a custom skin, so I'm not sure what's changed inside the game engine. They shouldn't be punishable.
