Hello everyone, I’m reaching out for assistance. Yesterday I experimented with my BIOS and accidentally disabled the onboard graphics, thinking I didn’t have a dedicated GPU so my PC wouldn’t crash. Later, after resetting the CMOS, everything worked fine as my computer booted and I selected the boot option in BIOS. I pressed save and exited, but my PC still wouldn’t POST. After waiting a few minutes and turning off and on the machine, nothing changed, so I reset the CMOS again, but that didn’t help either. Eventually, the PC started looping during boot (hopefully it stopped after a while). It’s not working properly.

Here’s what I’ve tried:
1) Resetting the CMOS
2) Checking for loose cables on the motherboard
3) Verifying the HDMI cable

This isn’t a brand-new PC; I’ve been using it for about four years, so I suspect the issue isn’t related to the CPU. Also, when I power on my PC, the fans start spinning but it still doesn’t POST.

My details:
- CPU: Ryzen 3 3200G with onboard Vega 8 graphics
- RAM: 4GB x 2 (HyperX)
- Motherboard: MSI A320M-A PRO

I really appreciate any help in diagnosing the problem.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your
full system's specs
. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
PSU:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.
After that I tried resetting my cmos and everything went perfectly fine as my computer POSTed and i was in my bios to select boot option. After selecting boot option i pressed save and exit
but my PC wouldn't POST again
.
You might want to see if disabling CSM in BIOS helps, if it wasn't enabled in BIOS prior to the mishap.
