Good evening. About an hour ago, i have had a weird problem happen many times. When i play Counterstrike 2.0, my screen goes black and then the PC restarts on its own (without crashing). When i log back into Windows, i run the Reliability Monitor tool and it shows these error codes again: BlueScreen 116 and LiveKernelEvent 141. The error messages say things like nvlddmkm.sys_Unknown LKD and DxgCreateLiveDumpWithDriverBlob. For six months or so, i have been playing Counterstrike a few times every day without any problem. Could someone please tell me what is wrong? Here are my computer specs: CPU: 13th Gen Intel Core i9-13900K 3.00 GHz GPU: MSI GeForce RTX 5090 Motherboard: ASRock Z790 PG RAM: Corsair Dominator Platinum RGB 64GB DDR5 Storage: Samsung 980, 990 PRO M.2 NVMe, and a WD Blue 2TB HDD PSU: Gigabyte Aorus P1200W Case: LIAN LI LANCOOL III RGB Monitor: Panasonic 4K TV Operating System: Windows 11

Your CPU is an Intel Core i9-13900K with three gigahertz speed, but the Motherboard is ASRock Z790 PG Lightning. Your BIOS version is: How is your processor cooled down? PC restarts on its own because of one reason or two reasons; 1| an overheating problem 2| your power supply unit (PSU) cannot give enough electricity to your parts when they work hard. Check HWInfo to see the temperature for both CPU and GPU. Your graphics card is MSI GeForce RTX 5090 with three gigabytes of memory, but what driver version are you using on your motherboard?

It sounds like an old driver is broken, so I'm going to remove it and put in a new one.

I have the BIOS set to version 17.03, and when I game, my CPU stays at about 65 degrees and my graphics card is between 58 and 59 degrees.

I am going to give it a shot. But I already upgraded to the newest NVIDIA driver right after they dropped it out. Why would this happen if it were broken all along?

Drivers don't usually get messed up by anything, but games like Counter-Strike can break your graphics card. Also, Windows gets in the way, and because NVIDIA drivers are so bad and full of holes, they're even worse than a broken sink.

It looks like you were absolutely correct. I ran Disk Cleanup (which is what most people mean by "uninstaller" in casual terms) and wiped out my system completely before reinstalling the newest graphics drivers from Nvidia. Everything has been working fine with Countestrike and all other games since then! Thanks for helping me out!
