Hey, necesito ayuda para perder la cabeza. ¿Qué quieres que haga?
I own a Lenovo Loq gaming laptop equipped with a GeForce RTX 4060, Ryzen 7 7840HS, 16 GB RAM, and a 1 TB SSD running Windows 11 Home. I’m trying to enjoy Valorant but keep struggling. I’ve attempted to disable Secure Boot by turning it off and on, cleared keys, and even locked the system with BitLocker, yet it still won’t work. The BIOS indicates Secure Boot is actually disabled. Despite having used PCs for a decade, this is proving difficult. I’m hoping you can assist me—please share some guidance or screenshots if possible. Thanks!
Searching for information suggests others are facing problems with Valorant on Vanguard and Windows 11 24H2. It seems you're not alone in this issue. Could you clarify if you're using the 24H2 version or an earlier release? Have you recently upgraded Windows to 24H2? Also, please avoid randomly turning things on without understanding them. It's a good idea to disable BitLocker to prevent performance loss and potential lockouts from BIOS updates.
Confirm you're running 23H2? You mentioned using the Home edition, which lacks Bitlocker until 24H2. Right-click the My computer icon and select properties—it should display the version you're on. 24H2 wasn't fully released and brought many issues, while 23H2 is more stable right now.
The laptop is brand new, but I didn’t realize that—it’s still taking some time to finish (thank you for your patience).
I considered it possibly related to TPM, as the BIOS didn't offer a direct option for trusted computing or TPM 2.0. I discovered AMD Platform Security, which appears to be the AMD equivalent.
If you're facing the same problem, I restored the factory keys in BIOS. It didn’t work initially but now it does.
