I purchased a Ryzen 5 8400F and an MSI Pro B650M-P equipped with 32 GB DDR5 RAM. After installing everything and attempting to boot the system, both the CPU and RAM LEDs remain lit but the screen shows nothing. I've tried using different RAM modules in various slots and changed them around, yet the fans are still working. This is really frustrating for me.

Which graphics card is connected to the motherboard? How much time will you keep it active in that configuration? Training memory can be slow during the initial startup with Zen CPUs.

The B650 may require a BIOS upgrade to support the Ryzen 8000 lineup https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/PRO-B650...pport#bios

I stored my 4060 for about ten minutes in that location and it didn't work.

Check the BIOS update option on your motherboard. It’s likely you’ll need a more recent BIOS for the Ryzen 8000 to function properly.
