It looks like they are selling an RTX 4080 or 4090 from Gigabyte with an "OC" (Overclock) model. It's pretty likely that this chip is a bit older or modified, so you should double-check the power pads to make sure you have the right ones for your setup. I got it from a Russian Telegram channel where they shared all their details.

New update (hopefully): I used thermal putty instead of pads. The PC is running fine now. I haven't tested much yet, but everything feels stable, the temps are way better than ever, and there are no problems from the water spill. I will post a new thread if my computer suddenly breaks or if something goes wrong that might be related to the spill. Otherwise, it seems I got lucky. Thanks everyone!
