I tried to include the device in the DHCP white list, but the router settings page isn’t loading. Could you check your connection or let me know if there’s an issue with the network? Thanks!

Begin by turning on the router’s power and rebooting it to check functionality. If issues persist, gather additional details such as the router’s model number.

I've already tried it, but it didn't work. According to the router model, it doesn't include one. The ISP supplied a router from their own brand.

What is the updated gadget? Does the router interface respond after removing the new unit? I think you've interacted with this site before, haven't you? Which browser are you using? Are there any add-ons active? Are other DHCP servers online? The basic thing I need to know is whether you're trying to join from the same local area network, not a mobile connection.

Using a tool that's already approved appears to trigger an error message about unreachable page.

The request needs to be linked to the same network you're attempting to reach. If using a mobile device, disable cellular data to prevent it from staying on the cellular network as backup. The device likely acts as an internet gateway; check its label for details. Connect directly via Ethernet to a computer for proper setup.

I disabled the cellular data. I also attempted to use EtherNet. It didn’t help. Based on the make and model, I included an image here.
